Hubble's - 30th Birthday

On the 24th April 2020 the Hubble Telescope had its 30th birthday. Its impact upon the world of astronomy would be hard to overstate. It has made a massive contribution to science not least in its capacity to stimulate and inspire millions of people.
Out of the darkness of space Hubble has found light, taking images that are simply breathtaking. The iconic “pillars of creation” image ignited the imaginations of many and heralded a new age in seeing the beauty and wonder in the Universe around us.
